Estates - New build project

Message par MSQUIRES » 20 nov. 2006, 17:11

As part of an NHS Organisation, we have a requirement for a new build project that will be in the region of £1.25 million.
My understanding of the EU rules is that this comes under the Works Directive and is under the current threshold which is £3,611,319. Therefore I don't have to follow the EU rules. Am I correct thinking this?

Hi,

The actual official amount for a european publication is 5.278.000 euro. You just have to check the change in £

Your works tender falls below the threshold as advised by "Frédéric", you will however have to publish an award notice in the normal way (within 48 days of award).

Sorry ignore my previous email, you dont need to publish an award notice, I was thinking of Part B services.
